Welcome to improve.delights, a product built and maintained by DreamValidator ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our Service at improve.delights.pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account, installing our SDK on your website, or using any feature of the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, taking any action to access or use the Service is strictly prohibited.

2. Description of Service

improve.delights is an autonomous, AI-driven A/B testing and website optimization platform. We provide tools, APIs, and an installable JavaScript SDK that enables you to dynamically render experimental copy, style, layout, and component variations to your website visitors.

3. Customer Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

3.2 Acceptable Use

• You may only install the SDK on websites that you own or have explicit authorization to modify.
• You must not use the Service to propagate malicious code, deceptive UI patterns (Dark Patterns), or illegal content.
• You must ensure your website complies with all applicable privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) regarding the use of your site by end-users.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The Service utilizes Generative AI to autonomously propose and inject content variations into your website.We do not guarantee the absolute accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of generated content.While we offer "Human-in-the-Loop" guardrails and Visual Regression Safety Nets, you retain full and ultimate responsibility for all content published to your website via our Service.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all data, text, logos, and digital assets you provide to the Service. We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive license to use the improve.delights SDK. You grant us the right to use anonymized conversion metrics to improve our generative models.

6. Payment and Subscription

Certain features are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring schedule. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but we do not provide refunds for partial months of service.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall DreamValidator, its directors, employees, partners, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
