1.2 Information we collect automatically via the Service (Your Customers):
The core function of the Service is to optimize your website for your visitors. To do this, our SDK collects anonymous, privacy-safe telemetry:
- No Tracking Cookies: We do not set cross-site tracking cookies.
- No PII: We do not collect names, emails, IPs, or device fingerprints of your visitors unless you explicitly pass them via custom event metadata.
- Edge Identity Hash: We generate a localized, irreversible hash based on generic browser capabilities (screen resolution, timezone) to temporarily identify returning sessions without storing personal data.
- Usage Data: We track impressions, clicks, scroll depth, dwell time, and conversion events correlated to specific A/B test variants.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
- Process transactions and send related information (e.g., invoices).
- Send technical notices, updates, and administrative messages.
- Train our AI models (using anonymized, aggregated conversion intelligence patterns). We never use your private data to train public LLM models.
3. Data Security and Retention
We implement strict multi-tenant Row Level Security (RLS) in our database to ensure your experiment data is mathematically isolated from other customers. Raw tracking events are automatically purged after 90 days to minimize our data footprint.
4. Third-Party Services
We share data with necessary third-party providers (like Stripe for payments, Resend for transactional emails, and OpenRouter/Google for generative AI). We only share the minimum data required for these services to function.
